These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Injury Relief Hub website at injuryreliefhub.com and related pages, forms, and content (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are — and who we are not
Injury Relief Hub operates a free informational and referral / marketing service focused on workplace injury and workers’ compensation topics in the United States.
- We are not a law firm. We do not practice law, provide legal advice, or create an attorney-client relationship through this Site, forms, emails, or phone calls.
- We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite, sell, adjust, approve, or deny insurance or workers’ compensation claims.
- We are not a medical provider and do not diagnose conditions or provide medical treatment.
- Content on the Site is for general education and marketing only. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, physician, insurance professional, or other qualified expert.
2. Nature of the service
When you submit a form or otherwise request help, you ask us to consider providing educational information and/or introducing you to one or more independent third-party partners (such as safety consultants, medical groups, legal professionals, insurance-related organizations, or benefits providers). We may or may not make a referral based on location, capacity, partner criteria, and other factors.
You are never obligated to hire or purchase anything from a partner. Any agreement for services is solely between you and that partner. Partners set their own fees, engagement terms, and professional responsibilities.
3. Advertising disclaimer
This Site constitutes advertising and marketing for Injury Relief Hub and may constitute attorney advertising where referrals involve lawyers. No representation is made that the quality of legal or other professional services to be performed is greater than the quality of services performed by other providers. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Partner listings and testimonials (if any) do not promise results. Some partners pay us for marketing leads or related advertising services.
Where required by state bar rules, please note that the hiring of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements.
4. State eligibility varies
Workers’ compensation laws, filing deadlines, covered injuries, benefit amounts, and available professionals differ significantly by state and sometimes by locality. Partner availability is not uniform nationwide. Submitting a ZIP code does not guarantee that we have a partner in your area, that you are eligible for benefits, or that any partner will accept your matter. Some inquiries may receive only general information.
5. No professional relationship; emergencies
Use of the Site—including reading content or submitting a form—does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, or insurer-insured relationship with Injury Relief Hub. Do not send confidential information you would only share under privilege until you have a written engagement with a licensed professional who agrees to represent you.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you face imminent legal deadlines, contact a licensed attorney or the appropriate government agency directly without waiting for a referral.
6. Accuracy of information you provide
You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to impersonate others or submit requests for improper purposes (including spam, harassment, or fraud). We may refuse, suspend, or terminate processing of any request at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and compilation are owned by Injury Relief Hub or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools in a manner that overloads or harms the Site, except for publicly documented search-engine indexing;
- Upload malware or unlawful content;
- Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right.
9. Third-party services and partners
Partner names appear for informational and advertising purposes. Inclusion does not mean we control, employ, or jointly practice with those organizations. We do not warrant partner services, licensing status in every jurisdiction, availability, or outcomes. Review each partner’s terms and privacy policy before engaging them.

10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, REFERRALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY INJURY RELIEF HUB ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY REFERRAL WILL RESULT IN BENEFITS, REPRESENTATION, TREATMENT, OR COVERAGE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INJURY RELIEF HUB AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY REFERRAL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Injury Relief Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@injuryreliefhub.com.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
15. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence apply. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us first. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property or unauthorized access claims in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any form disclosures you accept, are the entire agreement between you and Injury Relief Hub regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
